As a visitor, I would like to know: Where I am going. How I can get access into the building. Who to contact.
As the host, I would like to know: When my guest has arrived.
As conceirge, I would like to know: The full list of visitors coming in today. Guest details. If they need a manual check-in.
With PlaceOS Visitor Management, visitors receive a welcome email. They also receive a unique QR code for check-in, making the process quick and easy.
For the concierge, they can view the list of visitors who have been added to room bookings and check their status, contact details, and host. They also have the ability to check in visitors who can't use their QR code.
The visitor kiosk is another feature of our app, allowing visitors to scan their QR code for automatic check-in.
Security and access control are also handled by our app, with PlaceOS sending a trigger to activate the access swipe cards for users who have approved desk or room reservations.
